The property has a beautiful mix of ancient cork forest and open plains for cattle grazing. There are two lakes on the property and there are two small rivers running straight through it.

It is located 15 minutes from the UNESCO World heritage city of Evora and 20 minutes from Estremoz. It is 150km from Lisbon and 8km from the exit of the highway A6.
