    The house
This typical Portuguese, whitewashed and red-roofed house has a surface area of 270.7 m2. It has a living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet and washbasin, and a guest bedroom, which can also be used as hobby room. Off the corridor there is a bathroom equipped with a second toilet, which also has a bidet and washbasin, and a two-car garage with a scullery, toilet and washbasin. The house has two verandas, one of which overlooks the swimming pool, while the other boasts a great panoramic view.

    Guest rooms and swimming pool
There are two apartments, each with their own access. Each apartment has a living room and kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms (2 x 2 persons) and a small bathroom with a shower and washbasin. The two apartments share a large veranda on the shady side of the house. Needless to say, a good country house in Portugal needs a swimming pool. The infinity pool at Herdade do Alto das Águias is an absolute gem, with a magnificent view of the surroundings. Next to the swimming pool is an engine room equipped with pumps for sprinklers, the swimming pool’s pumps and return pool and a drinking water installation.

Herdade do Alto das Águias: a place that has everything you need to make your dream of living in Portugal come true!

    • Prédio Misto, the first sub-area, has a surface of 29.9 ha. This is where the home and the guest rooms are situated. This sub-area is completely fenced off and comes equipped with an alarm and CCTV.
    • Prédio Rústico, the second sub-area, has a surface of 29 ha. When desired, a second house may be constructed on this currently undeveloped plot of land, subject to certain conditions.
